Cookie Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Profluence, LLC uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on the Profluence websites and application (the "Service").

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites function and remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixels.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required to deliver the Service: authentication sessions, CSRF protection, load balancing, and persisting your sign-in state. These cannot be disabled without breaking the Service.
  • Functional. Remember UI preferences (e.g. theme, last-used view).
  • Analytics. Aggregate, privacy-respecting usage metrics that help us understand how the Service is used and improve it. We do not use analytics cookies for advertising.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf (for example, authentication, payment processing, and error monitoring). When you connect a Google or YouTube account, Google may also set cookies in connection with sign-in flows; those are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Managing cookies

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
  • Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features.
  • You can revoke Google/YouTube permissions at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
